Bosphorus Line, the Pearl of Villa Life in Beşiktaş

Throughout history, civilizations have always been founded on waterways. Therefore, real estate located close to the sea, lake or river has always seen the highest demand and value.
The Bosphorus has been the living space that all civilizations have dreamed of throughout history.
The biggest attraction of villa life is that it allows independent living.
When it comes to villa living areas in the Beşiktaş region, two very attractive areas come to my mind.
First, Levent villas area. The attraction of this place is that it is located at the foot of Büyükdere CD, especially as a commercial living space, and offers businesses the opportunity to provide an attractive customer experience.
The second attractive villa living area is, of course, the Bosphorus Line.
Ulus, Bebek and Arnavutköy regions are very valuable living spaces adjacent to the Bosphorus in Beşiktaş.
The purpose of use of villas in these regions is mostly for residential purposes. Although I am not familiar with the region at the moment, my experience is that the commercial use purpose of the villas on the Bosphorus line is extremely low.
