The most famous waterside mansion in Istanbul, which has been on sale for years, is the Müşir Zeki Pasha Mansion in Rumelihisarı. The value of this mansion, located right under the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, is exactly 120 million euros.
Tophane Müşiri Zeki Pasha Mansion, whose sales news appeared in 2019, had a value of 550 million TL at that time. However, the sale of the mansion did not take place at that time.

In recent years, it was revealed that Arabic and English brochures were printed to sell the mansion. The value of the mansion, which was put up for sale for 200 million lira in 2011, later increased to 550 million lira and now 120 million euros.
The waterside mansion was built by the French architect Alexandre Vallaury, who was responsible for many important buildings in the second half of the 19th century. The most important feature of the mansion is that, unlike other mansions, it has a castle appearance.
The mansion also has a large garden. Consisting of 5 floors, the mansion has 23 rooms, 5 living rooms and 8 bathrooms. The ceiling heights of the mansion, which has a total indoor usage area of 2 thousand 489 square meters, vary between 3.03 meters and 4.78 meters.
It is shown as the most magnificent mansion of the Bosphorus with its 4 thousand 32 square meter garden and 110-meter pier length. 
There are a total of 6 rooms on each floor, 5 of which have sea views.
II. Mustafa Zeki Pasha, also known as 'Filinta Mustafa', who was one of the commanders that Abdulhamid most trusted and kept in his close circle, had the mansion built as a reward for his loyalty.
Famous names have stayed in the historical mansion until today. Zeki Pasha and his family later sold the mansion to Sabiha Sultan, daughter of Sultan Vahdettin. 
Sabiha Sultan, who married Ömer Faruk, the son of the last caliph Abdülmecit Efendi, moved to the mansion. 
Their daughter Neslişah Sultan, famous for her beauty, also lived in the mansion and was exiled from there. The mansion was later purchased by the Baştımar Family.
