I attended Garanti Koza Evleri Villa Open House for Sale in Zekeriyaköy.

During the week, I attended the open house event of a real estate team from the Keller Williams organization in Zekeriyaköy.
The villa for sale was one of Garanti Koza Houses.
The 6+1 detached villa had a land share of around 1,400 m².
The villa with a detached pool was overlooking the forest.
The villa, which had an entrance floor, ground floor and upper floor, also had a large garden terrace.
I went to Zekeriyaköy on my motorbike from Beşiktaş Gayrettepe.
The weather was overcast and slightly misty.
Greenery began to show itself within the borders of Sarıyer.
Especially the smell of pine made itself felt in my nose the whole way.
The road to Zekeriyaköy was a pleasure in itself. (There is a question mark in mind as to whether the pleasure will continue if we come and go every day.)
As far as I understand, Garanti Koza Houses are one of the oldest and settled living spaces in Zekeriyaköy and an important factor in the formation of the name Zekeriyaköy.
