About two months ago, I contacted a property owner who wanted to sell his villa in the Levent villas area.
He said that he was a buyer candidate at that time and wanted to wait.
I requested to visit him during the week and he accepted.
Beforehand, I prepared my expert work for the relevant villa for sale and the work I could do at home and abroad to find the right buyer.
Our meeting with him lasted 75 minutes. I was pleased with his interest in my work and the information I shared.
We also had a short conversation about their fields in Çanakkale and Çatalca regions.
While doing my expert work, I focused on land valuation, zoning content, peer comparison and current market conditions.
Beşiktaş Levent villas area is the most valuable living area in Istanbul.
When marketing a very special real estate in such a valuable living area, our focus on finding the target buyer should not be limited to Istanbul only. We need to have an effective marketing network throughout Türkiye.
This is not enough. We must also be able to correctly identify international target markets and market there.
