Today, I visited the company official who is considering selling its office in one of Beşiktaş's valuable plaza office living spaces and presented him with my valuation study and the marketing activities I can do at home and abroad.
Afterwards, I shared my relevant report with him.
At the end of our meeting, they told me that they would either sell it alone or work with me and that they would not meet with anyone else.
It was a very valuable feedback for me, considering the whole process.
