This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the besiktassatilikvilla.com.tr website or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process

• Contact and request data: your name, phone number, email address and message, which you voluntarily send us via the contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
• Security data: IP address, browser information and time of visit recorded in server logs to keep the site secure.
• Usage statistics: page views and device information collected through Google Analytics, only if you give consent in the cookie panel.

We process personal data where it is necessary to take steps at your request or to perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), to comply with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not overridden (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be shared with our hosting and email service providers as required to run the service, and with competent public authorities where required by law. If you consent, usage statistics are transferred to Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC; as this involves a transfer abroad, it is based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 9).

6. Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies/local storage: (1) strictly necessary ones, such as remembering your cookie choice; (2) analytics cookies (Google Analytics), which load only after you click «Accept» in the cookie panel. If you do not consent, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie icon in the corner of the page («Withdraw consent»).
