I have rented nearly 20 furnished housings in 4 years.
What I have observed is that the demand intensity for furnished housing rentals in Beşiktaş in general varies seasonally.
The April-October period is the period when demand is noticeably more intense. The demand for furnished rentals decreases in the winter period.
Although Beşiktaş is the most valuable district of Istanbul as a commercial and residential living area and an internationally popular regional center of attraction, seasonal demand changes are noticeably observed.
