Emphasizing that high interest rates have brought the real estate market into recession, waterside residence sales expert Yüksel Ayıkcan said, "This recession has also stopped waterside mansion sales on the Bosphorus, but positive expectations in the economy will accelerate the change of hands of mansions in the coming days."
